I believe God is good, and loving, and wise, and gracious, and holy, and just, and so, so much more. Furthermore, this amazing God desires to be in relationship with His creation, and therefore is present and active in each beautiful life. Spiritual Direction is for those who desire to reflect on their journey and explore how God is present in their life and prayers. They intentionally seek to discern God’s activity and presence in their life by engaging in a three way conversation with the Holy Spirit and the Spiritual Director. The Holy Spirit is the true Director. The Directee shares and listens to the Holy Spirit, while the Spiritual Director listens to the Directee and Holy Spirit and asks questions to assist the Directee. During the spiritual direction session, experiences, impressions, prayer life, behaviour patterns, etc., can all be explored in order to move to deeper intimacy with God.
